Abstract submissions will open in February 2018.

Deadline to submit an abstract is May 1st 2018.

 

Authors will be notified of the decision of acceptance mid May 2018.

Presenters must send their full presentation (as .ppt or .pptx file) by e-mail, 3 days before the scheduled presentation.

 

The total time for the oral presentation is set to 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion). In terms of synchronization of conference it is expected to respect given time.

A notebook, a projector, a remote pointer, and a switch (used to connect the notebook) will be available in all the sessions.
